Tomato, previous washed and sorted, is processed by mild steam peeled, cutting in regular pieces (diced) and drained for seeds eliminated, cold break treatment, extrution, some water evaporation, suitable heat treatment and hot fill method, cap closure, holding, cooling, dryer and coding and palletizing.

Tomato, previous washed and sorted, go to into two lines:
- steam peeled, cutting in regular pieces (diced) and drained for seeds eliminated;
- chopper and hot break juice extraction, evaporate water fraction.
Finished product (diced + juice) is processed by suitable heat treatment and hot fill method, cap closure, holding, cooling, dryer and coding and palletizing.
