Tomato, previous washed and sorted, go to into two lines:
  • steam peeled, cutting in regular pieces (diced) and drained for seeds eliminated;
  • chopper and hot break juice extraction, evaporate water fraction.

Finished product (diced + juice) is termally processed and aseptic filled cooled previously.

Tomato, previous washed and sorted, is chopped and processed by hot/ warm/cold break treatment (depending of texture desidered), juice extracting, water evaporation, suitable heat treatment and aseptic filled cooling previously.
