Information notice pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003 for the reception of curriculum vitae

We inform the User that the Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the processing of your personal data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003, we provide you with the following information:

Purposes and methods of data processing

The purposes for which the personal data supplied by you and indicated in your curriculum vitae are collected exclusively concern to the establishment of a database from which we can select names useful to make any future assumptions; therefore, these same data will be processed by the CBcotti Srl company exclusively for purposes related to personnel selection procedures and to comply with the law, the contract or the regulation. These data will be entered, archived and stored in the computer database owned by CBcotti Srl. The data processing modalities concerning your person can be summarized as follows: direct collection of the data transmitted to the e-mail address lavoraconnoi@cbcotti.it managed by CBcotti Srl and subsequent archiving in a computerized database. Your personal data will be processed with automated procedures and kept for the period of time necessary for the selection procedures to be carried out, and in case of a positive result, for the duration of the employment relationship. In any case, the processing will be carried out through IT tools by the data controller and by any internal or external person in charge and appointed nominees, with the observance of every precautionary measure that guarantees the security and confidentiality pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions of art. 11 Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Nature of data collection and consequences of failure to provide data

The provision of your personal data within the curriculum vitae is optional. The eventual non-provision could make it impossible to carry out the aforementioned selection procedures. Communication and dissemination of data In the organizational structure of our company, only the employees and collaborators specifically assigned to them, as part of their tasks, and various departments carrying out technical support tasks on behalf of our company (legal services, business controls, management and/or maintenance of computer equipment) will be aware of your data. In any case, the collected data will not be disseminated.

Rights of the interested party

The rights that are under your jurisdiction are those foreseen by the art. 7 of the Privacy Code: in particular, you can know at any time which data are processed by the company CBcotti Srl and how they are used, and you have as well the possibility of updating, integrating, correcting, canceling them, and you can ask to block them and stop their processing. The rights referred to in Article 7 are exercised with a request made without formalities to the data controller, to whom appropriate confirmation is provided without delay.
