The production plant includes an area of 30,000 m2 divided into:
- storage area of the raw material
- production area
- warehouse area
- Quality Control laboratory
- offices (administration, commercial, etc.)
- technical department (thermal power plant, etc.)
In the production area there are three processing lines:
- line for the aseptic diced tomato
- line for the aseptic tomato puree (simple and rustic) / tomato paste
- line for the tomato puree (simple or rustic) / diced tomato in glass
